Who is G. Owen Brown and why does he want a new city in north Atlanta?

A quick search for G. Owen Brown shows he lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He does have a house in Metro Atlanta but appears to vote and pay taxes in Florida.

Most folks want to retire south of here in Florida, doubtful he wants to spend much time here other than collect a check?

Retail Planning Corporation builds strip malls which seems to be contrary to what rich, red East Cobb probably wants.

Do YOU really want a whole extra layer of city bureaucracy these folks are pushing on us?!
