Magic Southern Bullets

It has been cited numerous times by several news sources that Georgia congressman Barry Loudermilk was travelling through the mountains of North Georgia in their daughter’s car September 2017 to later find a bullet lodged in the bumper of the car.

This is not quite adding up.

If the shooter was aiming they were likely at much closer range and the bullet would not have simply lodged itself in the bumper as has been shared in photos and stay there until discovered. It is much more likely that the bullet would have caused much more damage.

Did Barry (or anyone) plant the bullet and make a false FBI report?

Maybe a “Magic (Southern) Bullet?”

Certainly I am no ballistics expert but the details claimed in these reports should be investigated further. Either way, I have told Barry myself before that any verbal or physical attacks are deplorable and I am glad Barry and his family are safe.
